**Job Main Purpose**:
**Job Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the supply plan for across different categories
- Work with demand planners, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure that there is enough inventory to meet customer demand
- Minimize costs by optimizing inventory levels and transportation
- Track inventory levels and generate net requirements shipment plans
- Work as single point of contact to Sourcing Units
- Manage projects that impact the supply chain, such as new product launches
- Deliver required levels of customer service and are responsive to Market Changes and Brand Innovation
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Track incoming shipments to ensure service consistency

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering background
- 1 to 3 years of experience in similar / related role
- FMCG experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Familiar with SAP and/or Power BI is a great advantage
