Active Network Supervisor

Commercial Department

**Job Requirements**:

- BSc. of faculty of Engineering Major: Communication. / Computer Science.
- 6 to 10 years of experience “Active Network Field”.
- CCNP Enterprise certified.
- CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certified is a Must.
- Knowledge and experience in enterprise network multivendor solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Ruckus, etc).
- Hands on experience supporting switching, routing, network management, wireless and mobility technologies.
- Cisco SD-Access, SD-WAN, DNA and Meraki cloud-management good knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent network troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead and provide direction in resolving business critical problems.
- Manage performance and productivity while providing daily supervision and guidance to the team members.
- Provide technical training to the team members when required.
- Ability to build relationships with peer and management levels both with clients and the company management.
- Engage with pre-sales team in pre-offering stage by providing technical recommendation and technical related documents.
- Periodically following up with customer and provide updates as needed to meet performance objectives.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good time management, organizational and communication skills.
- English fluent speaking and writing.
