**FP&A Manager, NME**

**Purpose**:
The Cluster FP&A Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Group and the Cluster Management team. This role also involves comprehensive financial planning for the NME cluster, including budgeting and monthly forecasting, with the support of BU Business Controllers.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Lead and coordinate the entire budget exercise, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and accurate financial planning.
- Oversee and conduct monthly reforecasting and quarterly estimates, ensuring timely and accurate financial projections.
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly and periodic financial reports, including Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), ensuring contributions from BU business controllers are integrated.
- Analyze and evaluate business cases for cluster-level initiatives, including innovation/renovation projects and productivity improvements (e.g., downsizing, formula, packaging).
- Lead the monthly financial closing process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to top management to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and budgeting activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 12+ years experience in finance with an experience in controlling.
- Strong analytical approach to reporting and budget management, challenging data validity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/business/management.
