**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Planning: Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to develop annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and quarterly forecasts.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Forecasting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and key business drivers.
- Variance Analysis: Investigate and explain variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Financial Modelling: Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to understand their financial needs and provide financial support and guidance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements, systems and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports to address specific business questions or challenges.

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field (CFA / CBV / CPA designation an asset).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Mastery of Excel, Google Sheets, and financial and FP&A software/tools.
- Excellent understanding of corporate finance, accounting and SaaS concepts.
- Fluency in English - French will be a plus.
