Comunicar las necesidades de servicio a los jefes de cocina y camareros durante el tiempo que dure la recepción. Sumar los cargos para las recepciones de grupos y preparar y entregar los cheques para el pago a los contactos de los grupos. Asegurarse de que las salas para el banquete, los restaurantes y las pausas para el café estén disponibles para el servicio. Asegurarse de que los centros de mesa estén ubicados en cada mesa. Inspeccionar la limpieza y presentación de toda la porcelana, la cristalería y la platería antes de usarla. Comprobar que los huéspedes se encuentren satisfechos. Arreglar las mesas según el tipo de evento y los estándares del servicio. Comunicar a la cocina cualquier pedido de comida extra, alergias, necesidades alimentarias y solicitudes especiales. Mantener la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo a lo largo de todo el día.
