Approved Payments Executive

Job Description:
**Approved Payments Associate**

**Location**: Cairo

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Purpose of the Role**:
**What you'll do**:

- Process approved payments using various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Support the Complaints Technical Specialist in identifying operational risks and proposing solutions.
- Review and improve current processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure processes generate the necessary Management Information (MI) for effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Stay up to date with business communications that impact payment procedures.
- Detect and escalate potentially fraudulent activity.
- Provide support to the Support and Governance Manager in the absence of the Complaints Technical Specialist.
