Approved Payments Associate

Location: Cairo
Job Type: Full-time
 

Purpose of the Role:

As an Approved Payments Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of approved payments across the business. Reporting to the Complaints Technical Specialist, you'll act as a subject matter expert, using your knowledge and insights to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do:

  • Process approved payments using various systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for approved payments, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Support the Complaints Technical Specialist in identifying operational risks and proposing solutions.
  • Review and improve current processes to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure processes generate the necessary Management Information (MI) for effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Stay up to date with business communications that impact payment procedures.
  • Detect and escalate potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Provide support to the Support and Governance Manager in the absence of the Complaints Technical Specialist.
