A **Product Functional Expert, Connected Customer and consumer** within Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS), acts as the key player in analyzing the business requirements, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver an E2E product that meets business expectations. He/She ensures long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.

**YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with business and analyses requirements. Turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation.
- Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)
- Act as a role model, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility & speed).
- Support development team in understanding the complexity and the sequences of the backlog items
- Create a great working environment through positive mind-set and can-do attitude in the project team
- Together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutions while targeting simplification and standardization
- Align solution UI/UX aspects with an expert/vendor, align UI/UX proposals with product owner Business stakeholders as well as Countries, plan A/B testing when appropriate
- Support product manager in driving backlog prioritization and help sprint objective definition
- Configure & customize the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects
- Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.
- Support the functional specification of user stories.
- Work with Architect(s) to validate sizing & estimates with the dev team to ensure accurate sprint planning (on-scope/on-time/on-budget)
- Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with business, as well as with external vendors, stakeholders for necessary deliverables.

**ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?**
- 5+ years’ experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA Customer asset management, Planned Maintenance, IoT, including business understanding of E2E Field Service and Market-to-cash.
- Hands-on design, configuration, testing and go-live experience with SAP Customer assets management and IoT solutions.
- Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage
- Consumer goods vertical-specific solutions knowledge in the Commercial area (Connected Assets, D2C, Customer Asset Management, consumer apps integration is an advantage).
- MCG Commercial business process awareness.
- FMCG Commercial and Field Service business process awareness will be considered as an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- English proficiency
