**These are your tasks and responsibilities.**:
As a Service Support Officer, you’ll take on the vital task of overseeing the invoicing process and ensuring the timely closure of completed jobs. This role demands not only strong organizational skills but also a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Your scope of your work is local, and your base will be situated in Alexandria (Egypt).

**Responsibilities**:

- Pickup completed jobs (VSOs) ready for invoicing.
- Verify supporting documents including Service Reports (SR), Purchase Orders (PO), and customer numbers.
- Refer to the Business Controller if the margin percentage on the VSO is below target.
- Generate and post invoices in Navision.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**This is what we ask of you**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English is a must. (Both written and verbal).
- Finished or exempted from Military Service.
- Alexandria resident is a must.
