**As the Commercial Lead at Zeal, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing partnerships and deals with potential business partners to reach the company's growth targets
- Following up on leads, giving business demos to prospects, and preparing proposals (RFPs)
- Working as the customer interface to define project scope, understand client requests, and deliver ARDs (App Required Documents) to the Product Team
- Ensuring products delivered match objectives and requirements within given time frames
- Administering Commercial and Financial arrangements with clients to include billing, invoicing, and incentives where appropriate
- Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments
- Creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential business partners and tracking progress against sales targets
- Collaborating with the Product team to ensure the development of white-label solutions that meet customer needs and differentiate the company from competitors
- Participating in the development of overall corporate strategy and contribute to the achievement of company-wide goals
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience as a Commercial Lead or relevant role
- Ability to sustain a conversation with a tech partner on potential integrations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal)
- Self-starter, goal-oriented and extremely positive attitude
