Senior Sales Advisor

Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure the accomplishment of the overall company’s target. -Actively prospects and acquires new accounts. -Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives. -Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service. -Advise clients on market conditions, price, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters -Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. -Negotiate the buyers and generally representing the company. -Close the deal with the client. -Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. -Answer the client’s questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and appraisals. -Providing ARTAL departments with all data regarding customers’ needs and suggestions -Conducting researches for competitive companies regarding price, locations and other conditions in order to improve company sales strategy -Providing on the job training for the new team regarding sales strategy
- At least 3 years on the same level of experience preferably in a medium to -large organization, or in real estate industry. -Very good command of English -Very strong verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task. -Very good negotiating and selling skills -Very good Microsoft Office proficiency. -Strong Problem Solving & Decision Making skills and goal oriented -Strong client management skills. -Planning/Organizing Skills.
