**职位概述**

操作电话交换台，以便接听电话。处理客人的唤醒电话和屏蔽呼叫请求，以及与拨打或接听电话有关的其他请求。告知客人为他们收到的任何消息（如语音邮件、邮件、传真），并在需要时发送到客房。回答、记录和处理所有客人来电、请求、问题或疑虑。准确、完整、清晰地接收、记录和转发信息。将所有客人请求或问题记录到计算机中；联系相应的个人或部门（如行李员、客房部），并跟进客人以确保他们的要求得到充分满足。向客人提供有关客房特色、酒店设施和当地景点的信息。协助客人连接互联网。向经理报告事故、伤害和不安全的工作条件。

遵守公司的所有政策和程序；确保制服和个人仪表整洁而专业；维护专有信息的机密性，并保护公司资产。根据公司的标准，欢迎和答谢所有客人；预期并满足客人的服务需求；为残障人士提供协助，并感谢客人的真诚赞赏。使用清晰、专业的语言与他人交谈，并以适当的礼仪接听电话。与他人建立和保持积极的工作关系，并支持团队达成共同目标。遵守质量保证预期和标准。阅读和目测验证各种格式的信息；在较长一段时间内或整个工作班次中保持站立、就坐或行走。在没有他人协助的情况下，移动、举起、携带、推动、拉动和放置重量不超过 10 磅 (4.54 kg) 的物体。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作职责。
