**Identify and target potential clients in Construction industry, including developers, contractors, and individual clients.**:
- **2Develop and implement effective business development and marketing Strategies to generate new leads and secure projects.**:
- **Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.**:
- **Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.**:
- **Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, including detailed project budgets and financial projections.**:
- **Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable financial terms and profitability for the company.**:
- **Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to budget constraints.**:
- **Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.**:
- **Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, track progress towards goals, and provide regular reports on (KPIs) including sales revenue, lead generation, and ROI on marketing efforts.**:
- **Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (online, print, social media, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.**:
- **Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI.**:
- **Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing budgets and forecasts. Monitor project financials, including invoicing, collections, and profitability analysis.**
Pay: E£25,000.00 per month
