**Job Title: Senior ERP Manufacturing Consultant**

**Location**: Cairo, Egypt

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
ERP Implementation and Management**:

- Lead the implementation and customization of Epicor or similar ERP systems to meet business requirements.
- Manage and oversee ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design ERP solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- ** System Analysis and Optimization**:

- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize ERP system performance and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
- ** Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for ERP processes and procedures.
- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve ERP-related issues.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends.
- Collaborate with software developers and IT professionals to implement system enhancements and updates.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
