**Job Overview**:
As a Financial Cost Controller at Emdad, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial management of our projects and operational activities. This includes monitoring budgets, controlling costs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis. Your work will directly contribute to improving efficiency, maximizing profitability, and maintaining financial integrity across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze cost reports to ensure spending remains within approved budgets.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Assist in developing and maintaining annual budgets and financial forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted costs.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Enforce internal financial policies and processes, ensuring proper internal controls are in place.
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.
- Oversee rebate management processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Track and analyze profit margins, providing recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead financial initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
