Functional Responsibilities: Support and coach the improvement teams working in the plant with coaching & on the job training. Responsible of reporting the progress and results of TPM implementation (Tagging Progress, Trainings, Teams status OTIF, DCS statusetc.) - Participate in the DCS meetings on all departments to ensure closing the loop. Participate in the internal audits of pillars and follow up the agreed action plans. Participate in the pillar team meetings and activities follow up the agreed action plans. Participate effectively through sharing the good practices and knowledge across the plant and in Opco level as well. Supporting integrate TPM with other initiatives and departments activities where needed Ensuring an overall understanding of the different TPM pillars and how they integrate through the TPM master Plan to deliver the improved results in different departments Supports in ensuring the using of standard formats, reports and methods related to the TPM systems in the plant (Ex. CILT Std., SOP’s, OPL’set Organize and follow the production plan to provide all the required / planned products on time in full. Insure that all the quality parameters are met starting from the liquid till the finished goods and that any out of specification is controlled via the required actions and followed
Education, Certifications and Licenses: - Mechanical/ Electrical engineer. - 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Supply chain. Knowledge and Experience: - Problem solving skills - Time Management skills - Coaching others - Communication skills - Presentation skills - Good computer skills - Train the trainer - Analytical skills - Good command of English.
About Al Ahram Beverages Company The story began in 1897 when the Crown Brewery Company registered itself in the Kingdom of Belgium to start operations in Alexandria. Later, in 1946 the company entered into a technical assistance agreement with the leading Dutch Brewer Heineken. However, in 1963 the company was nationalized. After more than 22 years the company finally changed its name to Al Ahram Beverages Company (ABC). In 1997, an Egyptian entrepreneur bought the company during the era of privatization.
