Procurement Manager

As the **Procurement Manager**, you will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier evaluation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify procurement needs, negotiate contracts, and develop cost-effective solutions tailored to the unique demands of the Saudi market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Strategy and Management**:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to the unique requirements of projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee procurement processes for industries like culture, events, and tourism.
- **Local Market Expertise**:
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Saudi market to identify and engage local vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure procurement aligns with Saudi Arabian regulations, business practices, and cultural nuances.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**:
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with Saudi procurement laws and organizational policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- **Cost Optimization and Reporting**:
- Manage procurement budgets to optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities, highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and expectations.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, with a strong focus on the Saudi Market.
- Proven track record in sectors like culture, events, tourism, or large-scale development projects.
- Familiarity with international procurement practices.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of contract law, supply chain management, and cost analysis.
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM).

**Soft Skills**:
