Contracts and Insurance Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized **Contracts and Insurance Administrator** to support our operations team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts and related documentation
- Track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Process insurance-related documents and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for documentation needs
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of forms and reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in contracts or insurance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 25 per week
