Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for an **IT Infrastructure Lead**

**What you'll be expected to do?**
- At least 6+ years of IT experience including managing teams responsible for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
- Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming and administration
- Strong management and people development skills
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal Technology stakeholders
- Understanding of ITIL practices
- Ability to manage internal and external projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business need with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
- Reviews appropriateness of technologies used for system components and recommends modifications and/or upgrades when necessary to keep systems operating according to defined service level agreements and operating level agreements
- Experience implementing packages and working with vendors.
- Familiar with the different cloud providers/services
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
- Fair Knowledge with SIEM Solutions and security tools.
- Experience with Dev-Ops (implementing & maintaining) is a plus
- Demonstrate experience in procuring, integrating, testing, maintaining and managing the following:

- Servers, network, database, and hardware infrastructure systems and facilities
- Workstations and firewall systems
- Design and comply with applicable ISO27001, CIS and NIST CSF standards;
- Monitor and protect against IT security threats with regular and effective oversight, testing, awareness building and employee training;
- Help develop a company-wide cultural mentality regarding the importance of information security;
- prepare reports on IT security issues, testing, threats and incidences on a regular basis;
- Perform information security risk assessments;

- Develop communication plans in advance of incidents to ensure a prompt and strategic response to both internal and external personnel.
- Ensure that adequate physical security controls exist to protect sensitive data and information systems. Responsibilities include asset, building, and network protection.
- Ensure the stable operation of desktop computers (Windows and Apple OS), accessories and peripherals following established guidelines and best practices.
- Prioritize and plan required activities to ensure deliverables are met. Work with the business to resolve requirement questions.
- Management for day to day operational support activities of the IT Infrastructure & Operations Team.
