The Software Arch / Platforms works closely with sales teams to demonstrate platform

objectives. This individual is responsible for explaining the technical features of a platform,
managing proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements, and supporting customers throughout the

Customer Engagement:

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and challenges related
to platform solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand the customer's current environment,
technical requirements, and future goals.
- Lead technical product demonstrations and presentations that showcase platform

Platform Expertise:

(Kubernetes, Docker), DevOps practices (CI/CD), and software platforms
(Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date on platform-related trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices.
- Guide customers in adopting platform features like automation, orchestration,
and advanced analytics.
- Provide technical guidance on how the platform can improve business workflows,
reduce costs, and enhance system performance.
- Maintain deep knowledge of software development frameworks, architectures
(micro services, monolithic, SOA), and cloud platforms on Cloud or on Perm as
well.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in software architecture, cloud
computing, DevOps, and APIs.
- Advise customers on technology choices, development methodologies, and best
practices for software architecture.
- Provide technical input on software stack, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Java,
.NET, Python, React, Node.js) to ensure the solution fits the customer's needs.

**Technical Skills**:
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field.
8-10+ years of experience in Solutions Arch, solutions engineering, or platform
architecture role.
Strong knowledge of platform technologies such as cloud computing (AWS, GCP,
(Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance platform architectures.
Hands-on experience with platform management tools and APIs for integration and
automation.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as
code (IaC), and automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
