**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry & Website Management**
- Accurately update product data and order information on the website.
- Ensure all listings and content are current, complete, and error-free.

**Customer Service**
- Receive and confirm customer orders promptly.
- Communicate with customers across all social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide order status updates, manage follow-ups, and coordinate deliveries.

**Internal Coordination**
- Organize and manage data files and references for the marketing team.
- Provide requested data and content references to the design and marketing departments as needed.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and marketing collaterals.

**Reporting & Task Follow-up**
- Regularly follow up with the manager for task updates, approvals, or pending items.
- Proactively report progress and flag any issues or delays in execution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or virtual assistance.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in using web platforms, spreadsheets, and messaging tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work remotely in alignment with **Qatar timezone** hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience using e-commerce CMS or website backends.
- Familiarity with social media business messaging.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or design workflows.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Data entry: 1 year (required)
- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
