We are looking for a
detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist
to manage and maintain product listings across our e-commerce platforms, including
Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce
. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data accuracy, product content management, and fluency in both
English and Arabic
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain product data (titles, descriptions, prices, images, attributes, SKUs, etc.) on Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce websites.
  • Ensure all listings are optimized for accuracy, clarity, and SEO compliance.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product information aligns with branding and promotional campaigns.
  • Regularly review website content for errors, missing data, or outdated information.
  • Upload bulk data using CSV or Excel files when required.
  • Manage product categories, tags, and filters for improved user experience.
  • Verify data consistency between different platforms (e.g., website, ERP, and inventory systems).
  • Maintain a clean and organized database with regular updates and backups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    data entry for e-commerce websites
    (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar CMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in
    English and Arabic
    (reading and writing).
  • Good understanding of
    Excel / Google Sheets
    and basic HTML (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to handle large volumes of product data efficiently.
  • Knowledge of product categorization, attributes, and SEO-friendly content entry.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
