**Role Purpose**:
As a GTM Delivery project Manager for Vodafone UK you will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects from within VBUK. This role will encompass both ends to end project delivery/management and Go To Market deliveries across a range of products, propositions and device launches.
Working with our technology teams across Product, Commercial, IT, Networks and Security, you will establish and ratify requirements, as well as initiating, structuring and lead projects of variable risk and complexity through to completion. You will maintain stakeholder engagements with key individuals at a senior level across the organization, resolving issues and making recommendations to mitigate project delays.
You will be responsible for projects from End2End encompassing all aspects of delivery through the launch to market.

**Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:

- Accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of UK initiatives, working across group and local functions within agreed budget and timelines.
- Manage related project budget and deliver high quality service transition into BAU.
- Manage key stakeholders in the delivery chain, owning the project communication and alignment between the business and technology team at all levels.
- Ensure all projects meet the gate or check point criteria as set out in company project governance framework.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a project RAID log and liaising with the corporate risk register owner for those items applicable at that level.
- Facilitate launch activity (managed by SMEs) relating to the project into Sales Channels, internal teams and marketing execution.

**Job specific deliverables in line with key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Management of cross functional teams to deliver against project timelines and requirements
- Stakeholder management across all levels of the business
- Reporting and managing of risks, issues and escalations where required
- Coordination across multiple teams of the project launch ranging from Product NPD, Regulation, Device launch or Price rise
- Reporting of financial tracking against budget and against requirements

**Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Experience of working on projects that span multi-disciplinary areas of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations and deliver results.
- Self-motivated individual with good organizational, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident and able to liaise and influence at all levels within VODAFONE and/or relevant customer and third-party organizations.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills with demonstrable experience of the production of plans to describe stage, phase, dependency and milestones.
- Agile project delivery experience and knowledge of methodology.

**Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications**:

- MSP or PRINCE Practitioner
- Agile experience (preferable)
- Marketing experience (preferable)
