**How you will make an impact**:

- You will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain fullstack software in a thriving, fast-paced environment.
- You will manage individual project priorities and deliverables while collaborating with a team that values knowledge sharing and cross-functional learning.
- You will stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend and backend technologies, ensuring the stack remains modern and effective.
- You will work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technical standards across the entire product, from user-facing components to backend systems.

**What we are looking for**:

- You have 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, preferably in a growth-focused or product-driven environment.
- You’re proficient in TypeScript, with deep experience in Angular and Angular Material (or similar modern frontend frameworks).
- You have strong backend development skills, including building and maintaining APIs as well as working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- You have a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experiment-driven development.
- You’re comfortable optimizing queries, managing APIs, and handling performance issues at scale across both frontend and backend systems.
- You have a proven track record of owning and delivering solutions end-to-end, from UI design through backend integration.
- You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
