The Subsea Field Services Specialist provides offshore & onshore support for installation, maintenance & decommissioning of Subsea equipment and services.

As a Subsea Field Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Environmental Health and Safety/EHS requirements and expectations.
- Promote and ensure compliance to company and regulatory Quality management systems.
- Lead installation, overhaul and maintenance of Wellheads, X-trees, Connection Systems, Control Systems and other Baker Hughes related equipment within his/her discipline.
- Providing technical instruction and assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer's sites
- Performing administrative functions, such as writing technical reports, preparing job status reports, reports to customers & time sheet and expense sheets.
- Coordinating the preparation of equipment for the next job.
- Maintaining knowledge of the report system to the extent required for timely and accurate input of field information necessary.
- Inventory control of necessary Baker Hughes related equipment offshore
- Assist engineering / project manager in preparation of procedures if requested.
- Lead junior personnel to ensure their personal development and welfare.
- Complete Assigned trainings & Competencies on timely manner.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Have a background with demonstrable exposure to Subsea Control Systems, Subsea X-Tree Operations, Manifolds & Connection Systems or Subsea wellhead installation services.
- Have minimum of 5 year experience in Subsea.
- Have good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ready to travel on a short notice.
- Be able to represent Baker Hughes on a general level on site.
