The contact with customers reflects a key value in brand perception, customer satisfaction and thus has an impact on business, therefore the induction and training of the newcomers is vital.

**Job Mission**

We are seeking a**
*** Master - Trainer**
to play a key support role during the**
*** new process creation**
aimed for newcomers and further on**
*** to train the newcomers**
, to monitor the new platform and training activity - both - in the initial phase of implementation and run of the activity, including new countries deployment.

In particular, the Master
- Trainer will be responsible
in collaboration with the Valeo Service Headquarter team to shape and prepare the**
*** product & service “know-how” fundamentals**
- induction program, tutorials, presentations, new products training process, ticketing process, technical and information bulletin process etc; implement, train and make the newcomers ready & autonomous for work.

Namely a Master -Trainer will cooperate closely with a new omnichannel platform project team and Valeo TechCare department.

**Responsibilities & Tasks**
- **Prepare the induction Product & Service training program for newcomers -**
propose the necessary elements for successful newcomers’ integration and support it with
with tutorials, presentations, documentations and practical explanations
- Deliver the induction program, assist physically and**
*** couch the newcomers**
in the initial phase (till autonomy)
- Assist and couch the newcomers in the phases of**
*** new countries deployment,**
including the preparation of the specific induction programs (specific offer) if a case
- In cooperation with internal teams prepare and propose the process and modules for**
*** new product training**
for**
*** newcomers**
- Design, provide and further monitor throughout global life cycle the Products**
*** Technical bulletins process**
and preparation, including content building and/or guideline to TechCare teams
- Contribute in**
*** omnichannel**
design and tests to become a**
*** master of the contact & exchange tool**
in order to provide further the guidance to newcomers and internal teams
- Contribution in building the**
*** Knowledge base**:

- integrated feature of new platform
- Support in ticketing system process design and further**
*** ticketing process management**
- Be a liaison between different stakeholder and work closely with internal team to**
*** leverage the know-how from various contact cases**
and customer highlights - daily, weekly and monthly
- Monitor the**
*** efficiency**
and customer satisfaction - KPIs.

- 10+knowledge in automotive
- Practical experience in the field (eg. experience at workshop, technical trainer)
- Education with technical background
- Excellent presentation and pedagogical skills

- Facilitation experience, change management and cross group collaboration skills
- Autonomy, resilience, problem solving,agile approach
- Very good interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills

- Possibility to travel abroad (feasibility for visa)

**Languages**

English - professional level in speaking and writing (company business language)

Arabic (Egyptian) - will be an asset
