**Your Role as a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Strategy**: implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values.
**Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a collaborative hiring process.
**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Minimum 5 years)
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
