Emerson has an extensive go-to-market channel of Salespeople and Business Partners across the Middle East and Africa to take our cutting-edge portfolio of Measurement sensors to the market. We are hiring a Sales Manager for Measurement Solution’s Digitalization portfolio to lead the effort of creating vision and closing deals for high-impact Digitalization (IIoT) use cases and inspire, motivate, and empower the channel to succeed in solving problems for our customers and growing their business.

Emerson’s IIoT solutions (Pervasive Sensing Portfolio) help overcome process measurement challenges, increase plant efficiency, improve reliability, enhance health, safety, security, and environmental measures, and optimize energy performance. This role will be based in Egypt and responsible for the Egypt, Libya and Sudan markets

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
Sales and Business Development:

- Develop, Own and Execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and target potential customers and markets.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and attending industry events.
- Support installed base sites and upsell new solutions.
- Prepare regular Sales Reports and forecasts for Senior Management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Industries Wireless technologies and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market demands.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to keep the business partners informed and motivated.
- Collaborate with functions like Proposals, Solutions Architects, and the PMO to ensure the best customer experience from the RFQ to the Execution stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.Negotiate and close sales agreements.

**For this Role, You Will Need**:

- Degree in STEM
- A minimum of 5-year experience within the process control industryTrack record of business growth or building systems & processes

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Strong Communication and collaboration skills
- Good Planning and priority managementFamiliarity with IIoT and industrial wireless is an added advantage
