The Consulting Delivery Associate will assist in driving the strategy of delivering excellence via effective management of tools, data and processes across the Customer Consulting team.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Support data consolidation, analysis and governance activities.- Assist in building and managing reports and dashboards for delivering key data insights that enable strategic decision making.- Assist in managing tools and methodologies that promote effective project management strategies.- Collaborate with key partners across different business units.- Develop, maintain and publish key marketing content to promote the team's story and brand value.- Identify operational requirements and improvement opportunities.- Assist in training and onboarding activities for new users in the consulting team to enable them to deliver/implement projects efficiently.- Support building a robust delivering excellence framework that enables a culture of ongoing process improvements.

Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in PowerBI- Salesforce knowledge- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Effective communication

**Experience**:
- 1-3 years previous experience either in process improvement or operations roles.
