**Role purpose**: Senior Associate will be handling the Content Department’s day to day Operations, starting with contractual agreements, alignment with legal and regulatory departments and managing partner and vendor payment across all verticals, in addition to Leading on Partnerships Integration pipeline and Partnership Dashboard reporting.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Contract Administration, by leading the contractual signing and tracking of Content Agreements in Alignment with VF’s legal team.
- Own the preparation of internal POs, manage full flow and project management activities related to the launch and sustainability of new services.
- Asset Management, through tracking rights throughout different deals, align and initiate action plans according to terms.
- Ensure all new launches have proper support model with proper SLAs
- Ensure all services, processes are compliant with CBE regulations, Group AML standards and corporate security policy
- Lead Integration exercise with new and existing partners
- Lead testing and troubleshooting for partnership integrations
- Lead on reporting and reconciliation with partners
- Manage partnerships Dashboard to report on marketing and CVM efforts
- Work closely with Research on new trends for Partnerships
