Position Summary

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive strong client relationships, manage day-to-day communications, and ensure the seamless delivery of marketing, digital, and creative projects for clients across the GCC and European markets. You will act as the key point of contact between our agency and clients, ensuring expectations are met — and exceeded — through proactive management, clear communication, and results-driven thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients; act as their strategic advisor and first point of contact.
2- Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of campaigns, content, and digital projects; coordinate timelines, briefs, and milestones with internal teams (Creative, Paid Media, SEO, Developers).
3- Performance & Reporting: Regularly monitor campaign performance, prepare clear reports, and present results to clients along with actionable recommendations.
4- Briefing & Scoping: Translate client needs into detailed project briefs, and collaborate with the team to develop creative and effective solutions.
5- Budget Management: Track budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, keeping clients informed of progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1- Experience: 2-4 years in Account Management, Client Services, or Project Management within a marketing or creative agency environment.
2- Client-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-first attitude.
3- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; highly organized with great attention to detail.
4- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus); able to present ideas and results clearly.
5- Problem Solving: Ability to think on your feet and manage client challenges with professionalism and confidence.
6- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Media, Content, Social) and how they work together to achieve client goals.
7- Analytical Abilities: Able to interpret data and campaign results to drive improvements.
8- Time Management: Able to work to tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage client expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

1- Experience working with clients in the GCC and/or European markets.
