**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Work as a strategic partner with CFO and CEO to manage the total company level P&L, gear the business through providing business partnering for consistent growth.
- Take the lead in the monthly operational review with business stakeholders, provide financial insight and KPI.
- Manage the monthly financials, budget, strategic planning and LF processes.
- Manage the MCF forecast and communication with Cluster and Region team.
- In charge of overall headcount and personnel cost. Responsible for target setting and resources allocation base on finance analysis.
- Provide financial support and evaluation to ad-hoc projects.
- Point of contact with Cluster with various stakeholders.
- External focus, thinking of the new ideas to embrace changes, streamline the process through automation.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- 12+ years of Finance experiences with Country or Above-Country organizations in Multinational Companies. (Pharmaceutical industry will be a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- MBA degree will be a plus.
- Professional certificate in ACCA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience of business partnering role at senior level.
- Strong influential skill when communicating with stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration mindset, willing to win as one team.
