PepsiCo is looking for Supply Chain Finance Senior Analyst (Move) who will support Supply Chain Finance and Supply Chain Leaders of given Market Unit (MU) to control and navigate Move costs. By preparing insightful reports and presentations, as well carrying out performance analysis, you will support decision making and contribute to financial planning and forecasting for logistic operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as finance business partner to given Market Unit Supply Chain Logistics & Distribution team by providing financial support and advice for efficient and accurate performance management in all logistics categories/sites, ensuring timely KPIs reporting.
- Provide support and insights to logistics and supply chain projects, performance drivers, value added analysis including trend analysis to guide supply chain teams on the delivery of KPI.
- Proactively coordinate all financial planning cycles regarding logistics (budget/forecast/actual closings) ensuring alignment and integration of P&Ls, working closely with all stakeholders in the process
- Optimally control logistics budgets, encourage fuel & other productivity commitments
- Provide all budget control details/performance to logistics budget owners.
- Coordinate MU logistics performance reviews, both from a financial and operational point of view
- Carry out ad-hoc analyses & financial modeling to support decision making in the MU and categories.
- Active participation in identification and deployment of best practices including harmonization and improvements of SCF Move reporting processes, tools and systems.

Qualifications:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Finance Planning, preferably gained in an international production company (experience in Supply Chain Finance would be an asset)
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP. Advanced Excel user is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are paramount.
- Good commercial sense with a strong acumen of identifying business drivers/analysis of P&L
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Accurate, structured, curious, team player with ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in matrix organization.
- Able to communicate to internal stakeholders at different levels incl. senior stakeholders.
- Be a self-starter, flexible and able to work autonomously.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
