We're Hiring – Operation Specialist (Nasr City Branch)

MIG Academy
– one of Egypt's leading training and language academies – is expanding its team

We're looking for a
highly organized and proactive Operation Specialist
to join our Nasr City branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensuring smooth coordination between trainers, trainees, and the academic team.

Work Location:
Nasr City

Employement Type :
Full-Time (on-site)

Working Hours :
8 hours/day

Days off :
2 days off/week

Responsibilities:


• Oversee and organize all operational activities of the branch.


• Schedule and manage exam timetables and session bookings.


• Ensure effective communication between trainers and trainees.


• Follow up on makeup sessions and class compensations.


• Handle technical or scheduling issues efficiently and professionally.


• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.


• Support continuous improvement of internal processes and service quality.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or academic coordination.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


• Good command of English (spoken and written).


• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
