Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Back Office / Voice and Non-Voice Account (English Speakers) position. The role involves managing back-office operations, supporting administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and handling voice and non-voice interactions. Daily responsibilities may include addressing customer inquiries, processing financial and sales-related data, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in administrative workflows
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle customer interactions effectively
- Basic knowledge of Finance and Sales processes to assist with operational support
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Previous experience in similar roles is a plus
