Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Personal Assistant will support senior executives by managing schedules, handling clerical tasks, and performing executive administrative duties. Daily responsibilities include organizing and maintaining diaries, coordinating meetings, ensuring effective communication, and prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Experience in Diary Management and organizing daily schedules
- Competency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation and recordkeeping
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
