Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Managing Partner, based in Cairo, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Managing Partner will lead strategic planning, oversee operations, and nurture client relationships to drive growth and excellence. Responsibilities include managing teams, fostering partnerships, ensuring the alignment of programs with corporate goals, and managing resources to deliver measurable outcomes. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance learning experiences and measurable results is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leadership, strategic planning, and team management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, client management, and partnership development capabilities.
  • Operational expertise, resource management, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of instructional design, project management, and program development is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability to manage a hybrid work environment and a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Leadership, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience in education, training, or professional development industries is highly desirable.
