Job Brief :

  • Prepare and issue 
    quotations
     based on customer requirements and sales team input.
  • Coordinate 
    stock transfers
     between branches or warehouses to fulfill sales requirements.
  • Generate and maintain 
    sales reports
    , providing analysis and insights as needed.
  • Work daily within the 
    ERP system
     to update sales transactions, monitor inventory levels, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Serve as the 
    primary point of contact
     between the sales team and other internal departments such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments to support sales operations.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and sales-related correspondence.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or similar role.
  • Previous work experience in 
    ERP systems
     and Microsoft Office applications ( Excel & Word ).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
