Job summary:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Odoo Implementer to manage end-to-end Odoo projects: requirements gathering, configuration and customization, data migration, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate combines strong functional ERP knowledge across core modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory), proven experience performing data migrations and UAT, and the ability to deliver high-quality user outcomes both independently and as part of a project team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle: discovery workshops, process mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations; recommend best-practice process improvements.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules and workflows to meet business needs.
  • Plan, execute, and validate data migrations (extract, transform, load): map legacy data, write/import migration scripts, validate data integrity, and run dry runs.
  • Design and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans; document and track issues; ensure readiness for go-live.
  • Deliver end-user training, prepare user manuals and knowledge transfer materials, and ensure adoption through hands-on coaching.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation: functional specifications, configuration guides, migration mappings, release notes, and sign-off artefacts.

Required qualifications & technical skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years hands-on experience implementing Odoo (or equivalent ERP) in medium to large organisations; demonstrable end-to-end project experience.
  • Strong functional knowledge of multiple Odoo modules (at least 3 core modules such as Accounting, Inventory/Warehouse, Sales, Purchase).
