Role Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Odoo Developer to help us build, customize, and extend ERP capabilities for schools using Odoo.

You will work closely with product, implementation, and support teams to deliver reliable, scalable ERP features that integrate with Learnovia's LMS platform.

This role is hands-on and execution-oriented — ideal for someone who enjoys solving real operational problems through code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules to support school operations (e.g. finance, HR, admissions, student records).
  • Implement business logic using Python and Odoo ORM.
  • Customize and extend Odoo views, workflows, and reports.
  • Integrate Odoo with Learnovia's LMS and other third-party systems via APIs.
  • Debug, optimize, and maintain existing Odoo implementations.
  • Collaborate with the ERP Implementor to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and basic documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience working with Odoo development.
  • Strong Python skills and understanding of Odoo framework.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with XML, QWeb, and Odoo UI customization.
  • Experience integrating systems via REST APIs.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment.
