Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager, based in Markaz Sohag. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure adherence to company policies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to achieve organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, analyzing performance metrics, and providing effective solutions to streamline operations. The Manager will also collaborate with executives to create business plans and handle employee development.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to drive operational efficiencies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
