We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You will have the opportunity to work on dynamic projects that involve creating visually engaging designs and smooth animations, enhancing the digital experience for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design engaging, interactive user interfaces aligned with user needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and analyze requirements to create seamless and effective user journeys.
  • Collaborate with development teams and product managers to translate ideas into actionable designs.
  • Enhance user interfaces and experiences based on performance analytics and feedback.
  • Provide creative design solutions in line with the latest UI/UX trends.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision. Knowledge of user analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar is a plus.
  • UX Knowledge: Ability to understand and apply best practices in user experience, conduct user testing, and develop user journey maps.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cohesive team to achieve optimal results.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes and feedback, refining designs based on analysis and reviews.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
