Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Fresh Real Estate Agent is based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting clients with property buying, selling, and rental transactions. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed about the local real estate market. Agents will also receive training to gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the real estate industry, even without prior experience.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Real Estate or a willingness to learn; a valid Real Estate License is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and the ability to address client needs professionally.
- Interest or knowledge in Real Property and a passion for assisting clients in making informed decisions.
- Sales acumen paired with a goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
- Proficiency in local market dynamics and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
