Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at KHL Real Estate Co., based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, maintaining communication with clients, understanding client needs, and ensuring smooth transactions. The Agent will also collaborate with team members to provide market insights and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
- Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Customer Service and client relationship management skills
- Sales expertise with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for real estate and helping clients find their ideal properties
- Familiarity with New Cairo and surrounding areas is a plus
