Your Mission

• Turn an early-stage idea into a scalable operational engine

• Build the supply network of hotels, travel agencies, and lifestyle partners across Egypt, KSA, and beyond

• Shape vendor onboarding, partnerships, and experience quality across the platform

•
Oversee all logistical elements of trip execution, including itinerary planning, vendor bookings, and ensuring seamless delivery of the customer experience.

• Co-design and execute the go-to-market playbook with the Founder, from pilot to full launch

• Translate startup speed into structured processes, balance creativity with execution

• Represent the brand in events, panels, and stage talks, be the "voice of hospitality innovation."

• Build and lead a team that believes in the mission and can scale it regionally

Develop detailed trip costings and pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining exceptional value for the customer.

Continuously audit and evaluate the performance of trips and partners to maintain the highest service standards.

Connect with hotels, transportation companies, activity providers, and travel partners.

•
Discuss, negotiate, and finalize contracts with service providers.

•
Onboard partners and maintain strong long-term relationships.

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and travel-savvy individual who possesses the following skills and attributes:

•
Minimum 3+ years
experience as a Senior Tour Operator or similar role.

•
7 years in hospitality, travel agencies, or hotel group operations

• Experience in partnerships, B2B relations, or OTA integrations

• Strong network in hotels, DMCs, and lifestyle brands

• Comfort with startup uncertainty, you like creating order from zero

• Excellent presentation & stage presence, you can pitch, inspire, and sell

• Leadership DNA, you coach, not command

• Passion for building something meaningful in the region

• You have a network that opens doors, GMs, hoteliers, suppliers, and local experience owners

• You know how to negotiate, close, and scale partnerships

• You genuinely know how to enjoy work, bringing enthusiasm, positive energy, and a collaborative spirit to the team every day.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience with marketplaces, travel tech, or OTA platforms

• Exposure to Egypt or GCC tourism/hospitality markets

• Previous startup or co-founder experience
