Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for a Tour Operator. The Tour Operator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating guided tours, handling travel bookings and reservations, and managing schedules and itineraries. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and contributing to sales of travel packages and tours. The role involves collaborating with clients to design tailored travel experiences to meet their specific needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guided Tours and a strong understanding of Travel & Tourism industry trends.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience in managing Reservations and coordinating travel arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Proven Sales skills with a focus on promoting travel packages and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Cairo.
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
