Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Distribution Sales Manager – Stationery. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing relationships with channel partners, and overseeing distribution sales to achieve revenue targets. Other day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities for growth, formulating strategies for sales improvement, and ensuring efficient account management processes to strengthen customer relations and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong skills in Sales processes, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with working alongside Channel Partners and implementing effective Channel Sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Proven track record in the stationery, office supplies, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
