Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Conduct personal sales to achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, following the company's standard procedures.

Monitor and supervise the learning progress of paid users, offering feedback and suggestions to address any challenges they face and help them achieve their learning goals.

Be responsible for the renewal performance of paid users, striving to improve the renewal rate through effective communication and service delivery.

Enhance customer satisfaction by expanding customer resources and promoting recommendations and referrals among existing users.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing users, contributing to overall sales growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telesales Team Lead or similar supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
