Role Description

This is a full-time paid internship role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, located on-site in Giza. The intern will assist in managing customer relationships, supporting the sales team, analyzing customer data, and maintaining CRM systems. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating projects, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes
  • Understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is a plus
  • Adaptability, problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset to tackle tasks
  • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a team environment
