What you'll be doing

• Review and ensure all products meet applicable regulatory, legal, and quality standards (local and international).

• Prepare, update, and maintain compliance documentation, technical files, and declarations of conformity.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, and Supply Chain) to gather necessary product data for compliance submissions.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external laboratories for product testing, registration, and certification.

• Monitor changes in regulations and standards that may impact product categories and communicate updates to relevant departments.

• Support audits and inspections related to product compliance.

• Verify labeling, packaging, and product claims to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records in compliance databases and track approval timelines.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Science, veterinary medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, or quality assurance, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.

• Strong knowledge of local and international compliance standards.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance management tools.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet tight deadlines.
